Creative that moves at the speed of AI.

I build brands, campaigns and content systems at the intersection of AI, culture and performance — from the first idea to the final frame and the next iteration.

01 / MIND ALTER

Building AI creator brands from the ground up.

At Mind Alter, my work focused on the emerging AI creator space: turning synthetic characters into recognizable social personalities and building the content engine around them.

AI creatorsCreative strategyAI productionSocial growth
The challenge

AI creators can produce an enormous amount of content, but volume alone does not create a brand. The challenge was building characters with a consistent identity while producing enough varied creative to learn what audiences actually respond to.

My role

Creative concepting, character direction, scripting, hooks, AI image and video production, short-form creative and iteration based on social performance.

What I built

A repeatable workflow that connected character development, content ideas, scripts, AI generation, editing and distribution. Instead of treating every post as an isolated asset, I worked in formats and creative angles that could be tested and iterated.

The creative thinking

The goal was to make AI characters feel like creators rather than generated images: recognizable visual worlds, repeatable personality cues, platform-native hooks and enough variation to keep the feed from becoming repetitive.

02 / REDLIP MANAGEMENT CONSULTANCY

Turning creator content into a repeatable growth system.

At Redlip, I worked across creator strategy and content, with a focus on building creative that could consistently attract attention rather than relying on occasional viral hits.

The challenge

Creator brands need a constant stream of fresh ideas while staying recognizable. The production system has to be fast enough for social and disciplined enough to learn from performance.

My role

Content strategy, creative concepts, scripting, AI-assisted production, short-form creative, social strategy and performance-led iteration.

What I built

I moved the workflow toward repeatable creative formats: identify a strong hook, create variations, publish, study the response and turn the winning signal into the next brief.

Measured impact

Across creator brands I worked on, the broader creative system contributed to 100M+ organic views and approximately 100K followers. The important part was not a single viral post, but creating a process capable of producing and learning from winners repeatedly.

03 / FAT BEAR AGENCY

Creative strategy for real creators, not characters.

Working with real creators including Lanah Cherry, Just Peechi and Viet Bunny gave me a different side of the creator economy: the creative has to amplify a real person's personality rather than invent one.

Creator marketingReal talentSocial contentCreative strategy
The challenge

Every creator already has an audience, personality and established identity. The job is to find content ideas that feel authentic to that person while still creating enough novelty to earn attention.

My role

Creative ideation, content concepts, hooks, short-form strategy, creator positioning and iteration around what audiences responded to.

What I learned

Great creator creative is not about forcing everyone into the same viral formula. The strongest concepts preserve the creator's personality and package it in a format the platform and audience can understand immediately.

Why it matters

This experience became a useful counterweight to my AI work: AI taught me how to scale production, while real creators taught me how important personality, authenticity and audience context are.

03 / Creative direction

Creative direction is bigger than social output. It connects brand, culture, campaigns, product, performance and the people making the work.

01

Brand & Narrative

Define what a brand stands for, how it speaks, what it should feel like and how that identity stays consistent across every touchpoint.

04 / Creative system

From idea to winner.

01

Insight +

Audience, positioning, cultural context and the reason someone should care.

Start with the audience and the problem. Find the cultural tension, the reason to care and the creative opportunity before making anything.
02

Concept +

Hooks, narratives, scripts, visual language and formats worth testing.

Turn the insight into a strong hook, narrative and visual direction. Build multiple angles so the creative has something worth testing.
03

Produce +

AI image/video generation, voice, editing, art direction and finishing.

Use the fastest combination of AI image, video, voice, editing and design tools to turn the concept into polished, platform-native creative.
04

Learn +

Performance signals become the brief for the next creative cycle.

Read audience response and performance signals, identify what worked, then turn the winner into the brief for the next creative cycle.

Insight

Start with the audience and the problem. Find the cultural tension, the reason to care and the creative opportunity before making anything.

AI doesn't replace creative direction. It lets you make, test and learn faster.
05 / What I bring

I work across the lanes that usually get split between multiple people: strategy, concept, copy, visual direction, AI production, editing and performance.

Creative Direction

Set the visual and narrative bar, shape campaigns and turn an idea into a coherent creative world.

AI-Native Production

Use generative tools as production accelerators while keeping taste, consistency and storytelling human-led.

Performance Creative

Build around hooks, audience behaviour, testing and measurable outcomes rather than aesthetics alone.

Creator Economy

Understand creator-led brands, audience relationships, social culture and the economics behind attention.

Content Systems

Turn one good idea into a repeatable workflow that can produce, test and iterate at scale.

Creative Operations

Build practical feedback loops, standards and processes that help teams ship quickly without lowering the bar.

06 / AI toolkit

Tools change.
Creative systems don't.

My workflow is tool-agnostic and constantly evolving. I learn the tool that best serves the creative rather than forcing the creative into a tool.

07 / Leadership

The best creative leaders don't just produce better work. They create the conditions for better work to happen repeatedly.

I like small, high-agency teams, clear ownership and fast feedback. I can get into the work when needed, but I also think about the system around it: standards, priorities, workflows, collaboration and the people required to raise the bar.

Raise the bar

Make quality visible and give people a clear creative standard to aim for.

Ship fast

Reduce unnecessary review loops and keep momentum close to the idea.

Stay close to the work

Strategy is stronger when you understand the actual craft and constraints.

Let data teach

Performance isn't the enemy of brand. It is another source of creative intelligence.

07 / Brand system

Build the world.
Then build the work.

A strong brand is more than a logo or a color palette. I think about the complete creative system: what the brand believes, how it speaks, what it looks like, how campaigns behave and how teams keep the standard consistent.

01PositioningWhat should people believe about us?
02PersonalityWhat should the brand sound and feel like?

04Campaign languageHow does the brand turn an idea into culture?
05Creative operationsHow does a team reproduce the standard at scale?

06 / How I think

I don't start with the tool. I start with the problem, the audience and the idea. Technology is leverage after the creative direction is clear.

“The best creative is not the asset. It's the decision behind the asset.
Culture

What is happening in the audience's world right now?

Insight

What tension, desire or curiosity gives us a reason to communicate?

Idea

What is the simplest, strongest expression of that insight?

Execution

What is the best medium, visual language and production approach?

Learning

What did the audience tell us, and what should we do differently next?

08 / Experience

My experience sits across the creator economy, AI-native production and creative growth. I've worked both with synthetic creators and real talent, which gives me a wider view of what makes creator-led brands work.

10 / AI philosophy

AI is the leverage.
Creative direction is the advantage.

01

More exploration

Prototype more directions before committing to one.

02

Less production friction

Move from idea to polished visual language faster.

03

Bigger ideas

Make visual worlds that traditional production might make too slow or expensive to explore.

04

Smaller teams, bigger output

Give high-agency teams more creative surface area without replacing taste or judgment.

11 / How I lead

I want creative teams to have high standards without high friction. Clear strategy, obvious ownership and fast feedback create better work.

01

Set the standard

Make the creative bar clear enough that teams can make better decisions without waiting for permission.

02

Build the system

Turn good creative instincts into repeatable briefs, reviews and production workflows.

03

Hire for the gaps

Build multidisciplinary teams and bring in specialists who are stronger than me in their craft.

04

Protect the idea

Keep the original strategic insight intact as work moves through production and stakeholders.

13 / About

I’m a creative who grew up in the creator economy and moved deep into AI-native production. My work sits between creative direction, content, social growth and performance.

I enjoy the entire process: finding the idea, writing the hook, building the visual, making the asset, seeing what people respond to and using that signal to make the next one better.

I’m at my best where the brief is ambitious, the pace is fast and there’s room to build something rather than simply maintain it.
